For years the Tidy Towns team used to pick weeds and clean the basement around this beautiful old church, which had fallen into disrepair due to neglect, but we could always see its potential. Since taking it over as their new offices in November 2015, M&C Property have brought that full potential to life and more besides, by enhancing the original features of the old building with newly restored ironwork and beautifully painted doors, whilst also adding modern but sympathetic signage to show that while it has maintained all its historic features, it is now a fully functioning modern office building.

M&C Property was formed in 2009 has now firmly established itself as the market leader in the Mid-West Region in the areas of residential property sales & valuations / lettings / management and more recently commercial asset management and student accommodation management. They have an extensive knowledge of all aspects of Property Management, both commercial and residential and they would love to hear from anybody who has a need for a full service property company. For more information, please visit their website www.mcp.ie or call one of their dedicated team of staff on 061 432777.

M&C Property’s offices at The Red church is the third Limerick Tidy Towns monthly award winner for 2016, following Silverwood Jewellers in January and Rebecca Leahy Opticians in February. All monthly winners for 2016 will be in with the chance of winning next year’s overall prize, and indeed congratulations again to Bobby Byrnes, who were announced as the Limerick Tidy Towns overall winner for 2015 in a special ceremony last month.

As ever, huges thank to Sarah Hayes and Sarah O’Connell of I Love Limerick for taking the photograph for this and all of their monthly awards.
